Q: Will I have to sign a long-term contract when renting a storage unit?
A: No. Your lease is on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum of one month.
Q: What are the move-in costs?
A: Typically you will pay one month's rent and a one-time $15 administration fee. There are no hidden fees or charges.
Q: Is there a security deposit?
A: No. We do not charge a security deposit on a storage unit.
Q: Does South Daytona Storage provide a lock?
A: Yes. Free of charge, we provide you with a new stainless steel heavy-duty disc padlock. This is a $13.00 value.
Q: What are your hours?
A: You may access your unit 7 days a week. Some select units do have 24 hr access. Our office is open and staffed from 8am - 6pm Mon.- Sat.
Q: What type of security do you offer?
A: Electronic gate with coded access. Fenced perimeter with laser beam security. Property is well-lit, and we provide stainless steel cylinder locks for all storage units.
Q: Does the facility have semi truck access?
A: Yes. Our facility has wide aisles that can accommodate the largest trucks.
